These are my Bodycoach plan recipes that I have created whilst doing cycles C2 & C3 of the old 90 Day SSS Plan and now the SAS Plan.

I have just started on the new 2018 plan and I am pleased to say that all my recipes still can be used for the new plan, however I still need to update the notes on each to detail the new swaps etc. In the meantime you an refer to this blog post which has got all the info you need to be able to make them.  – Click here for blog post

The macros are based on a fictitious male, we call him Jake Quinoa.  So remember to adjust the recipe macros to match your plan.
